My First Crushed Oil Filter
My first failure (at least posted here) is my first ever crushed oil filter. I am not exactly sure what went wrong. I have two theories: either the band-style wrench I have used for years to loosen the filter grabbed at an angle or I just overtightened the filter when installing it. After fighting with the filter and causing more damage, I bought these CHANNELLOCK 209 pliers and they were a lifesaver!
